Benefits of Pole Barn Structures

Flexibility

The lack of needing a concrete foundation opens the doors for you to build your pole barn in a variety of areas on your farm or property.

Less Labor Intensive

Due to their design, pole building requires less time than other buildings. If you’re using a team of professionals, you’ll save on labor costs due to the decrease in overall construction time.

Better Insulation & Air Flow

The design of pole barns create a natural ventilation.  Whether you’re building a pole barn for your animals, machinery or to use as a private hobby shop or man cave, you’ll enjoy a more comfortable environment. The wide spacing between posts in the pole barn frame also allows for better insulation.

Easy Foundation

Because a pole barn is supported by deep set poles, you do not need to prepare a level bed of concrete first to start the building process.  An unleveled ground is all clear for pole barn construction. The only concrete required is in each footer as you set the poles (if no concrete floor is wanted).

Less Expensive

Creating a concrete foundation for a barn or garage is typically about 10 to 20 percent of your overall cost. Because pole barns don’t require this, you have the option to forego a concrete foundation and save money. Pole buildings also require less wood to complete than typical buildings. Fewer materials mean lower costs.
