1. BlackWater Structure

A BlackWater Structure is built using the highest quality material on the market today. Think Morton Buildings without the Morton price.

• Only #1 and #2 Lumber (We refuse to use any #3 Lumber!)

• 2x6 Wall Girts on 2’ Centers

• 26 Gauge Metal (Save Money on insurance)

• 3 ply 2x6 Laminated Columns (Longer, Stronger, Straighter, and won’t twist)

• Scissor Trusses (More head room in your building or fit an oversized door with shorter sidewalls)

• Post Protectors (protect against rot) or Perma-Columns (Permanent Foundation)

• Special Window Trim with drip caps (guaranteed not to leak)

• 5 YEAR unlimited WARRANTY

2. PRICE MATCH BUILDING

We will look at a detailed quote from one of our competitors and match their price by using the same grade material they use. We still have standards; we will not guarantee we can beat the price of someone that takes no pride in their work. Listed below is the minimum quality we will ever build and the minimum quality you should ever accept.

• #2 Lumber (We still refuse to use #3 lumber)

• 2x4 or 2x6 Wall Girts on 2’ or 3’ Centers

• 29 Gauge Metal

• Standard trusses

• 5x5 or 6x6 Posts (Can and probably will twist at some point)

• J-Trim around windows (Every other builder uses this) could leak later on

• 1 Year Warranty (Twisted Posts are not warrantied) (window leakage only 3 months)
